Frequently asked questions

Step 1: Submit your design idea or logo.
Step 2: We build your organization a custom "Portal" (a private webpage for your group).
Step 3: You share the link with your members to order individually, or we finalize a bulk order for the club.
Step 4: We handle production and distribution.

Active Portals (Year-round stores): Production takes 7–12 days, followed by 3–4 days for shipping.

Temporary Portals (Limited drops): Production begins after the portal closes. Once the specific end-date passes, the timeline is the same: 7–12 days to produce and 3–4 days to ship.

We are proud to keep our production local. All items are decorated and finished at our facility in Katy, Texas (27027 Westheimer Pkwy). This allows us to maintain strict quality control and faster shipping time

Yes to both. We know the drill!

SOFC Funds: We can provide the official detailed quotes and invoices you need to submit funding requests to the Student Organization Finance Center.
Tax Exemption: If your organization is tax-exempt, simply upload or email us your Sales Tax Exemption form prior to payment, and we will remove the tax from your invoice.

Not necessarily! If you have a logo or a rough sketch, that is perfect. If you need help bringing an idea to life, just let us know in your interest form. We can assist with the visual design to ensure your branding looks professional on the final merchandise.
